About

An engineering company for the part of AI that happens after the demo.

Infinity Labs designs, builds and operates AI-powered business systems. We exist because the hard part of AI in a company is not the model. It is the integration, the evaluation, the control and the operation.

Where we come from

From growth work to intelligent systems

Infinity Labs started by helping companies grow through digital operations and automation. That work kept leading to the same conclusion: the value was never in a single tool or campaign. It was in the process underneath, and in whether a system could run it reliably.

So the company changed shape. Today Infinity Labs is an AI Transformation & Engineering company. We start from business processes, engineer the systems that run them with AI where it belongs, and stay accountable for those systems in production.

We are based in Colombia and work in Spanish, English and French, built to serve mid-market and enterprise organizations in Latin America, North America and Europe.

What we believe

Eight principles that decide how we build

They are not values on a wall. They are constraints on every architecture we propose.

  1. Business-first AI

Every system begins with a mapped process, a cost of the current way of working and a KPI the system is accountable for.

  2. Minimum sufficient architecture

Fewer moving parts, fewer vendors, fewer surprises. Sophistication is measured in reliability, not in dependency count.

  3. Controlled autonomy

Each step is classified as deterministic, AI-assisted, agent-executed or human-approved. Autonomy expands only as evaluation proves it safe.

  4. No AI without evaluation

Every system ships with an evaluation set built from real cases, and every change is tested against it before release.

  5. No AI without a business KPI

Accuracy is not the goal. Cycle time, cost per transaction, resolution rate and error rate are.

  6. Model agnosticism

Commercial and open-weight models are chosen per workflow on quality, cost, latency and data requirements, and can be replaced without a rebuild.

  7. Production over demo

Integration, permissions, exceptions and operations are designed from the first week, not after the demo.

  8. Continuous improvement

Systems are monitored, evaluated and improved from real usage, with a named owner and a backlog.

Team

Senior, cross-functional, accountable

Engagements are staffed by a senior team combining process design, AI engineering, data and operations. The people who run discovery are the people who build and operate the system.

Team profiles are being updated for the new company. Meet the team on LinkedIn or in a first conversation. LinkedIn
